There are conditions calling for maximum stopping power and protection. Smith Defense Systems has the level IV ceramic body armor you need to get you “there and back” safely.

What Is Ceramic Level IV Body Armor?

Level IV body armor plates are hard armor plates that are only made from composite, and are the highest rated protection under NIJ standard 0101.06. Ceramic level 4 plates are usually made from a combination of polyethylene and aluminum oxide backed with a tough synthetic fiber.

What Is Level IV Protection?

Level IV body armor testing shows that the plates will stop all pistol rounds as well as rifle fire calibers up to 30-06 and 166-grain armor piercing rounds traveling at 2,880 feet per second. We also carry a full selection of tactical plate carriers to go with your level 4 armor.
